Shooting style:
My style is a mixture of photojournalistic which is unposed natural photos and traditional portraiture. I typically put an emphasis on composition, lighting and background. I place couples together in an interesting environment and encourage them to relax and interact. My style captures some of the spontaneity of candids, while offering the technical control of posed shots. In other words, you will be comfortable but I make sure you look beautiful. Most of the time people confuse my posed photos for candids because the bride and groom look so natural and amazing. My clients also love getting some high fashion photos that look similar to those you would see on a magazine cover.

I typically spend most of the early part of your wedding taking candids of everyone getting ready and hanging out. Then once everyone is ready I will spend time with you and your wedding party taking some posed photos and fun candid shots. During your ceremony and reception I take all candid shots. At some point during your wedding day I like to take time to take a verity of photos of you two together. We will take some posed traditional shots, some natural candid shots, and even some high fashion shots to show off that beautiful wedding dress and that sharp tux. With me as your wedding photographer you will get a variety of photos!

Editing style:
I have a consistent style that I like to stick to. While other photographers may add many different unnatural color effects to their clients’ images, I like to maintain the quality and realistic look for my couples. I want your photos to last the test of time and not just the current trend. I spend a lot of time making sure your wedding photos have the correct colors and exposure. All photos you receive will be edited and ready to print.

To see examples of my quality and style, inquire about your wedding and I will send you a couple of full weddings for you to look over.
