Chelsey and Drews’ engagement session could not have gone any better. When we initially planned their engagement session Chelsey and Drew wanted their photos taken at Percy Warner Park at “The Allee” at the Belle Meade entrance just outside of Nashville. So on the day of their engagement session I had planned on arriving at the park a little early to check out the location and plan where we are going to take their pictures. However a few hours before their session Chelsey sent me text asking if we could change the session to Drews family farm in Fairview. It was totally fine since I live in Fairview but I have never seen his farm before so I had no idea what to expect.

Once we arrived at their engagement session location I was greeted by Drew who seems to always be smiling. He told us where they were thinking we should take the photos and told me about the props they had brought as well. We made a plan and started shooting. The locations they had picked out were great so I was able to easily capture some great shots of the two them. Not only were the locations great but they were so easy to work with. Usually it takes a while for my clients to get use to being in front of the camera but they were like seasoned pros.

Since they were great and the locations they picked out were great the only issue I had was the sun going down on us before we get to the last location. I knew I wanted to end the session on a hill where we can see the sunset. It was close but we made it just in time to grab a few sunset photos. We also had a little bit of time to take photos with the props they brought with them as well. After this amazing engagement session I am very excited about their wedding photos in a few months. I know they will be awesome.

Here are a few of their engagement photos below. Let me know what you think!
