I am truly honored to have had the opportunity to meet Ginny and John and be a part of their wedding day. After spending time with them shooting their engagement session I knew the love they have for one another is special. Their wedding day couldn’t have gone any better. At first we had some worries that the rain was going to prevent them from having their ceremony outside as planned. When I arrived at their venue it was raining pretty hard. However, by the time the first look came around the sun was out and the weather was perfect for the rest of the day. Ginny and John were laid back and had the biggest smiles on their faces the entire day. I enjoyed spending time with them and their family and friends. I have to credit Cj’s Off the Square in Franklin for being an awesome wedding venue. The staff at Cj’s were helpful and very friendly which made everything go smoothly. Here are a few photos from their wedding day. You can watch the slideshow or click through the photos below. If you loved the photos let them know in the comments section below as well! I was extremely worried that the shoot was going to be cancelled because on the way to Centennial Park it started pouring down raining and hailing! However, when I arrived the clouds had passed away and the sun started to shine creating amazing lighting for their session. I had a great time with Aaron and Sarah walking around the park and taking their engagement photos. Didn’t they do awesome in the pictures below? Can you guess which pose made Aaron smile the most? After doing a few different poses I immediately noticed Aaron had the biggest smile on his face when I asked him to give Sarah a big bear hug. It never failed to make him smile that was the go to pose. I can tell these two are going to be amazing together. I am looking forward to shooting their wedding at the end of the year. Let them know how amazing they were by sharing this post on facebook and leaving them a little message! I am sure they will appreciate the love!
[evp_embed_video url=”http://www.josh-bennett.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Chelsey-and-Drew-Slideshow-HD.mp4″ ratio=”0.563″ poster=”http://josh-bennett.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Nashville-Engagement-Photography-chelsey-drew_2219.jpg”] Chelsey and Drews’ engagement session could not have gone any better. When we initially planned their engagement session Chelsey and Drew wanted their photos taken at Percy Warner Park at “The Allee” at the Belle Meade entrance just outside of Nashville. So on the day of their engagement session I had planned on arriving at the park a little early to check out the location and plan where we are going to take their pictures. However a few hours before their session Chelsey sent me text asking if we could change the session to Drews family farm in Fairview. It was totally fine since I live in Fairview but I have never seen his farm before so I had no idea what to expect. Once we arrived at their engagement session location I was greeted by Drew who seems to always be smiling. He told us where they were thinking we should take the photos and told me about the props they had brought as well. We made a plan and started shooting. The locations they had picked out were great so I was able to easily capture some great shots of the two them. Not only were the locations great but they were so easy […]
I loved hanging out and shooting Ginny and Johns engagement pictures. They were a really fun couple and I am excited to be shooting their wedding at Cj’s off the square next month! For their engagement session we decided to take a few at Cj’s off the square. I love their venue so we ended up spending around 45 mins just taking shots in the back of Cj’s. Afterwards we walked down the street and took a few other photos in the area. Cj’s is in Franklin and is literally off the square so it is a great location. Then we went to another location near the Factory at Franklin at a farm to take a few more photos. This was a last minute idea just to take a few extra shots at this new location I found recently so I wanted to try it out. This also gives Ginny and John a few different locations for their engagement photos. Here are a few from their engagement session. Let me know what you think!
